Corporate Event Racing

 

Do you want the most competitive, most realistic racing event possible? We have the answer with the Grand Prix and the Unser Grand Prix. These races include qualifying races and main events – the most exciting race here at Unser Racing. Find out how you stack up during the qualifying rounds, and then get your heart pumping as we enter the main event(s). A 20 lap shootout – win by position extravaganza. That is right. First one across the line is the Champion driver!

Get ready for pure adrenaline and excitement! Bragging rights are priceless and last until the next time.

Grand Prix

  • All racers have 2 timed heats to get comfortable and lay down up to 40 laps for the fastest single lap time to qualify for the Main Event.
  • These qualifier heats are 7 minutes and each racer can expect to drive 4-5 miles per heat.
  • After the qualifiers, the top 10 single fastest lap times qualify for the Main Event (or half the group depending on group size).
  • Main Event- gridded by position and off we go! 20 lap win by position race. The ultimate in racing. Winner gets a victory lap with the checker flag and bragging rights!
  • Championship Heat will be a 20-lap, win by position race to determine the event winners.

Unser Grand Prix

  • All racers have 2 timed heats to get comfortable and lay down up to 40 laps for the fastest single lap time to qualify for the Main Event.
  • These qualifier heats are 7 minutes and each racer can expect to drive 4-5 miles per heat.
  • After the qualifiers, your group is split by lap time into A, B, C, and D Main Events (number of main events depends on group size).
  • A Main Event is a 20 lap shoot out.
  • B, C, and D Main Events are 15 lap shoot outs.
  • The A Main Event will identify the Champion Driver but everyone gets the thrill of a true Indy race. The greatest and most competitive race format at Unser Racing.

Team Relay

  • Relay style racing takes place for the ultimate in team building. the group will be divided into teams. Number of drivers per team is dependent on the size of the group and can be determined by the customer or randomly by Unser Racing.
  • Race lasts 30 minutes (for groups of 6 to 15), 45 minutes (for groups of 16 to 30), and 60 minutes (for groups of 31-50 people). Groups of 50+ people can be split into multiple team relay races.

Each team must complete a preset number of driver changes and each driver must complete a minimum of two laps. Teams must strategize on best racing techniques and driver change outs. Racing is non-stop, with the only exception being quick 20-30 second supervised driver changes. As one driver leaves the kart, the next driver takes the wheel. The team with the most laps within the given time period will be declared the winner. Non-drivers make great Team Captains! All results will be tracked by team, not individual.
